Payment Methods: We can currently accept payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) in pounds sterling. We can accept payment by cheque and bank transfer in any major currency. If you would like to make payment in a currency other than pounds sterling, euros or US dollars, please let us know and we will quote you a price.
Subscription Duration: Subscriptions to the Handbook of Satellite Services in Europe website last for a period of either three months or one year from the date of issue, depending on the type of subscription you have purchased. There is no time limit on your use of the Handbook on CD-ROM.

Your subscription to the Handbook online includes a free subscription to the same information on CD-ROM. We will send you a free copy of the current issue of the Handbook on CD-ROM. If you have an annual subscription we will also send you the next three quarterly issues of the Handbook on CD-ROM when they are published.
CD-ROM: The Handbook is published quarterly on CD-ROM in mid January, mid April, mid July and mid October. The Handbook is in html format on the CD-ROM and is easily readable with any modern web browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. The CD-ROM version contains exactly the same information as the online version.
Renewals: When your subscription period is coming to an end, we will send you a reminder so you can continue your subscription if you wish. Please note that we do not use recurrent billing and so you will not be billed automatically once your subscription has expired. You must confirm that you want to renew your subscription before you are billed.
Your Guarantee: We are sure you will be delighted with the Handbook of Satellite Services in Europe. However, if you are not satisfied, for any reason, let us know within 30 days and your money will be refunded in full. No quibbling. No arguments. No delays.
